Our videos are not just designed for broadcast use only. Anyone commissioning a video news release from Research-TV should also consider putting their video to other uses too. Some suggestions can be found here.
There are a number of easy steps to working with Research-TV for the production of a video news release. This page aims to give a brief overview of each of the stages involved:
You approach the Head of Research-TV with your story idea

A Producer is appointed to your story

The story idea is discussed and filming dates are agreed

Filming takes place

Editing begins and any archive content is sourced
Transcript is produced and sent to you for approval

Story pages are developed on Research-TV.com (including a copy of your own press release if you wish)

We notify broadcasters of your story by email and telephone

Story is distributed on APTN's Global Video Wire

Your story is streamed on Research-TV.com and placed on iTunes

A DVD copy of the story is created and posted to you (you will also receive a broadcast quality tape of the story)

Broadcast monitoring takes place for up to 10 days

A comprehensive monitoring report is provided to you

We continue to seek other broadcast opportunities for your story (on television, online, at events)
